S’mores Pizookie

This s’mores pizookie is rich, gooey, and chocolatey and puts a twist on the classic chocolate chip pizookie!

Hey guys! Sorry we haven’t posted in a while, the past few months have been really busy for us! But we’re so happy to be back and are working really hard on a bunch of new and yummy recipes!:)

Today is national s’mores day! What better way to celebrate than with a delicious new s’mores recipe for you guys!

Graham crackers, chocolate, marshmallows–everything you love in a s’more combined with our delicious chocolate chip pizookie recipe! Yummmm!!!

This pizookie is the perfect treat to share with your friends and family. It has a gooey and chocolatey inside and a slightly crispy outside just like a s’more!!!

The warm, rich skillet cookie paired with cold, creamy ice cream, yes please!!!:) If you are looking for an amazing dessert that is super quick and easy, then this is the perfect thing to make!

This s'mores pizookie is rich, gooey, and chocolatey and puts a twist on the classic chocolate chip pizookie!

Yields: 8
Ingredients
  • 1 and 1/2 sticks (170g) salted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon (90g) packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 and 1/2 cup (195g) all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup (190g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham crackers (about 3-4 full sized), roughly chopped
  • 3/4 cup (50g) mini marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugars. Add the eggs and vanilla and whisk until combined. Then add the flour and baking soda and whisk until combined.

    Fold in the chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers using a spatula. Pour the batter into a skillet and bake at 350ºF for about 25 minutes, or until the edges begin to crisp up. Serve warm.
