We hope we’re not too late on the smoothie bowl trend! For a few years now, we have seen smoothie bowls become increasingly popular, so we finally decided to make one of our own!

These smoothie bowls are super versatile. For the smoothie itself, you can use the fruit listed in the recipe, or whatever berries you have on hand! You can also get creative and add your own toppings. Delicious topping ideas include: honey, coconut shavings, chia seeds, granola, and fresh fruit! This smoothie bowl is soooo delicious and fresh, and the perfect start to your day!;)

In keeping with your New Year’s Resolutions, these smoothie bowls are also healthy!! They are packed with vitamins and nutrients, and made with fresh ingredients!

With looking beautiful, tasting delicious, and being healthy, these bowls are a win-win-win situation!! So get your spoons ready and dig in!!

A delicious and nutritious start to the day, these smoothie bowls are healthy and taste great! This smoothie is sure to brighten up breakfast and to put a smile on your face:)

Yields: 1 large smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (90g) strawberries
  • 1/4 cup (39g) blueberries (scant)
  • 1/4 cup (41g) raspberries
  • 1/4 cup (65mL) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana (leave some for topping)
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • any toppings of your choice:)
Instructions
  1. Blend the strawberries, raspberries, 3/4 of the banana, almond milk, ice, and honey in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and top with any toppings of your choice! (Topping ideas include: fresh fruit, honey, coconut shavings, chia seeds, granola...)
